Terms and Conditions
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the rate is required to confirm a reservation. If a booking is made by phone or email we will hold the booking for 7 days, however if the deposit has not been received within the 7 days the reservation will be deemed to be cancelled.
Payment of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made within six weeks of arrival date the full amount is payable.
Cancellation Policy
Refund available if cancelled as follows:
If cancellation is notified more than 6 weeks before arrival date refund will be made less cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit paid.
If cancellation is made between six weeks and two weeks before arrival date refund will be made less cancellation fee of 75% of the amount paid.
If cancellation is made less than 14 days before arrival date cancellation fee is 100% of amount paid.
Terms
Bookings are accepted on the understanding that the number of guests does not exceed the sleeping capacity of the accommodation.
The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
The client is responsible for any breakages or damage. We must be notified of any breakages or damage immediately it occurs.
